Welcome to QuestLife. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and QuestLife ("we", "us") governing your use of the QuestLife app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuestLife. Certain social features require you to be 18 or older. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may use QuestLife as a guest or create an account (via Sign in with Apple or email). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Goals, journal entries, and other content you create belong to you. You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the app's features for you (for example, syncing your profile or generating AI suggestions from text you provide).
Some features generate suggestions using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for guidance only. QuestLife is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
QuestLife supports habits and wellbeing activities but is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, seek advice from a qualified professional.
If we offer optional paid features, they are sold through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Pricing and what's included will be shown before you buy. Subscriptions, if offered, renew and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
